职位描述
岗位职责：
· 按公司产品规划的要求，参与产品的研发和设计，工作量/进度评估，提供高质量的交付
· 独立负责模块的设计和编码，解决相关的技术难题
· 与产品组协作开发，必要时提供技术指导
职位要求：
计算机及相关专业本科毕业及以上，5年以上工作经验，良好的英文读写能力
精通J2EE相关技能:
熟悉Websphere/Weblogic/Jboss/Tomcat等主流J2EE应用服务器
掌握XML Schema, Spring, Hibernate, JSP/Servlet, JSP Tag,Struts2等技术；
具备大型J2EE应用软件开发设计的经验；
或者精通Python相关技能:
熟练掌握python语言，掌握Django开发经验，熟悉Linux环境
精通python常用库的使用，至少具有3年以上的python网络编程经验
熟悉HTTP协议及W3C相关互联网规范，熟练掌握XHTML、CSS、DIV、JavaScript, AJAX等页面技术；
对面向对象的多层WEB应用体系架构开发有深入理解，能独立进行模块设计；有大型互联网应用研发经验优先
熟悉UML, 设计模式，数据库设计, 掌握常用的设计工具；
掌握关系型数据库的使用和设计并灵活运用SQL语法；
具有数据库性能优化,Linux/Unix经验者优先
具备强烈的责任心，独立解决问题能力，对工作有激情，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor degree or above in CS or related background with 5+ years of working experience and good English communication skill
· Proficient in J2EE related skills
Familiar with popular J2EE application server such as Websphere/Weblogic/Jboss/Tomcat, etc.
Hands-on experiences of Spring, Hibernate, JSP/Servlet, JSP Tag,Struts2 etc.
Solid experiences in large scale J2EE application development.
· Or solid experiences in Python
Familiar with DJango framwork and Linux OS.
Proficient in Python common lib, 3+ experiences in Python Network Programming
· Familiar with HTTP and W3C protocol, good command of XHTML, CSS, DIV, JavaScript, etc.
· Understanding multi-tier architecture of web service based on OOD, and can carry out module design independently.
· Familiar with UML, design pattern, database, have knowledge of popular tools.
· Good understanding of relational database and SQL.
· Experiences in database performance optimization or Linux/Unix will be a plus.
· Strong sense of responsibility, independent problem solving, passion on work, good communication skills and spirit of teamwork.
